How much thoracic extension do you REALLY need? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Best physical therapy practice is to make sure that each area of your body has 100% of its own mobility and mechanics so as not to promote compensation from another region to provide what that area cannot do. Once that happens (which happens far eariler in life than we think), the compensatory cheats spread, worsen, and lock down; thus, chronic pain that we attribute to age.
