How is your Squat? aka Sit-to-stand-to-sit?

What aspects do you consider when you get up and down from the chair or commode all day?

When working on squat form, how many planes or axes of motion do you address?

Don't forget to take all planes and axes of motion into account when learning to lift with good form or simply correcting a daily movement pattern!

The biggest influence comes from the motions/positions we perform CONSISTENTLY on a daily basis. A stretch/exercise routine is great; it is also about 5-20minutes of our day. Best physical therapy practice is identifying what sustained positions and movement patterns make our symptoms persist and then making sure we don't lapse into them all day, every day!
