Stretches/Releases at the Desk or Driving

If you can work stretches and muscle/fascia releases into your day, it makes it easier than coming home to do "homework" for the body! Maintaining symmetry between sides and elongation of the posture/spine is key to preventing a plethora of musculoskeletal issues! Generally, we want to avoid getting stuck in the posture pictured on the right below!

If we can maintain the posture on the left without effort, it leaves a great base for us maximize mobility and function through all of our joints!

Good quality physical therapy takes into account your lifestyle and habits as well as intervening for your pain! It's part of the pursuit of getting you whole again!
